Responsibilities:
- Help residents with their daily living activities (ADLs), such as grooming, dressing, using the lavatory and bathing.
- Assist people who have trouble moving around and getting from their beds to wheelchairs or other parts of the institution.
- Create a cosy and compassionate atmosphere by offering inhabitants company and emotional support.
- Keep an eye on the health of the residents by noting any changes in their condition and reporting them to the nursing staff or other medical experts.
- Help with the residents’ meals, making sure their nutritional needs are satisfied, and helping to feed them if needed.
- Handle modest housekeeping tasks to keep residents’ living spaces tidy, safe, and orderly.
Respect resident privacy, follow all facility policies, and comply with all healthcare requirements. - Work together with the medical staff to deliver high-quality care, and as needed, participate in care planning.

Requirements:
